Dublin High School PFSO Back to School Update 8-24-2010
Hi Everyone,
For those of you who don’t already know, they call me “Cyber Stacey”. I am a parent volunteer at DHS and my job with the PFSO (Parent/Faculty/Student Organization) is to give you as much information as possible throughout the year so that all of our students can get the best possible experience while they are attending Dublin High School.
If you ever have a question or concern please feel free to email me back directly and I will try to answer your question or refer you to someone else who can.
I have a few updates as we begin our first week:
- Wed. 8/25 at 7:00p.m. in the gym is the Fall Sports meeting for parents whose children are playing a fall sport (Cross Country, Football, Women’s Tennis, Women’s Volleyball, and Women’s Golf) Please plan to attend this important meeting and remember to bring your checkbook.
- Fri. 8/27 from 7:45-10:45p.m. in the cafeteria is the Back to School Dance. This dance is free to students who have ASB stickers. Students with ASB stickers can go directly to the dance Friday night. Students without ASB stickers can purchase dance tickets for $7 in Student Activities during school hours this week. Our very own Mr. Williams who teaches Math and is the Track and Cross Country Coach at DHS will be DJing this dance!
- Parent Chaperones are needed for the dance on Friday. Parents need to arrive by 7:15p.m. If you are interested, please contact Mr. Sbranti at sbrantitimothy@dublin.k12.ca.us and remember to put DPRIDE in the subject line.
- Well I think we have a fabulous school year in store for us! I hope everyone has an awesome first day.
Take care,
Cyber Stacey- Dublin High PFSO (dublinhighpfso@dublinhighpfso.com)
